1. All new construction must submit two complete sets of
blueprints.
2. Allconstruction
must be done to city codes. Residential – one and two family dwellings,
commercial and other, uniform building codes. Uniform plumbing and fire
code and national electric code.
3. Site Plan - Plans drawing showing property
boundaries and location of construction on site, this includes, storage
buildings, patios, carports, etc. Any Construction.
4. Allplans must be drawn
to scale. EXAMPLE: 1/8" = 1' or 1/4" = 1'.
5. All plans must be detailed
showing the following: plumbing, electrical, and heating, etc.
6. All inspections require a
48 hour notice, two working days, this includes electrical and gas
inspections. A copy of inspection is required.
7. Aluminum wire is not allowed in
our inspecting authority.
11. All new construction will have a porta potty on job site.
12. All new construction will have some type of trash (Construction
Material) Container on site
